ok. about my bday party i attended. when we were goin back home, everyone took some rubbish to throw. so i took the bag with durian shells on my left hand. when the lift came, everyone rush in. when my turn to get in the lift door close. without thinking, i raise both my hands to stop the door.

in the end the door push my left hand bag of durians with my right hand together. i bled... !#$%^&*. stupig me

chung tze bday

one of my frens bday. gathered at his house for steamboat. tons of glorious food, cake, durian and one special game - pictionary - my spelling sucks but thats not the point.

it is a boardgame up to 4 teams. which model after "win lose or draw" gameshow vice versa whatever. which after every dice move. you are require to draw a card which got 5 categories(seperate by color - red is free for all, yellow humanthings, blue is actions etc etc.). if ur square u reach is say red, you have to draw out the word/s. only ur team(unlimit ppl) can guess unless is red category.

is a nice and interesting game. there is a similar online version of it. the isketch. try it out!!

i kinda happy that i earn 74cents from adsense!! i had no idea y but i jus happy! but thats not the point..

last night was an all guys, one night in geylang with apple cao and viagra luah. it was superb. been months since i last went ...woohhoooo...shiok man..

i accidentally did something i should say really sinister but is freaking comical....if ur been to geylang there is this one old lady asking for money. my fren says in hokkien no spare change to give..immedately i drop one twenty cent coin on the table as i am trying to turn my hands away and hide the coins. !#$%^&*(. evil me and my cruel frens..i guess the old lady curse and swear us!!


anyway earlier. I met one of the land bankers about land banking investment. he tells about a couple of ways u can invest in real estates. is a new concept for me. as instead of investing a ready built land i.e buy houses, condos etc. you are buying a plot of high prospect land beside developing town or growing cities. after some urban planning in by the expertise team. Is a matter of time say 4 - 6 years, developers see potential in that land and buy over at high price. it is a capital guaranteed investment with a returns of 9 -14 compound interested rate returns per year!! it could double to even triple ur investment amount!

i will further discuss the compound interests rate in another blog which i going to set up real soon. it is a investment-know-how blog which i be sharing financial terms and different type of investments, loans, insurance etc.

these days is really shack out.. doing duties and duties..and jus came back from camp.miss out squid's bday, mahjong aka mj, dinner with frens, appointment with my manager etc etc...really bad bad.

happy birthday to squid if she is reading this!!

anyway i thinking of going for a ord trip with my frens. either vietnam, taiwan or bangkok.. my current situation is like as budget as possible but as much fun as possible. lol anyone any suggestions?

usual dinner getaway for 3 for us. but this time we went to bukit batok to try out the wu xiang fritters. it turn out to be as good as the boonlay wuxiang. after which is my very first time eating durian under the void deck. total "uncle" coolness!!

as we chit chat, we got ourselves another new nicks. me = rotten ong. axp = apple cao. shawn = viagra luah. try pronounce viagra luah!! it's difficulty. these nick is derive from cantonese. i bet no one can figure out except us. wahaha. next time we should create more for our friends.

after my ns liability, i will be embarking on my career. a financial adviser at manulife which deals with investment (insurance, unit trust, different type of loans). i thought is similar work as a banker but instead of drawing a fixed pay, i have no bounds in my earnings. i become my own boss. hope i can reach to my freak dreams!!

owns a kelong, east coast penthouse, bmw 3 coupe, yacht!!! amazing freak right?
