Last week was a interesting week though.

Attended new product launch. it is named 3G(eneration). you put a certain sum for 10 years and gets monies payouts for your rest of your life. sounds like annuities? not over yet! it gives life protection too! and your children will also get payouts for life! your grandchildren will even get a huge huge payout at the end of it! what else?

today my fave color is pink, for once. something that i found so familiar, so close to was handed to my hands by the document clerk. that shiny, shimmer gorgoeus little pink card thats proves me a member of the republic of singapore was handed to the armed forces on september 7th 2005.

exactly 2 years i have not seen the card that capture the rounded face when i was in primary 6. and today onwards, no more booking in/out. no more drawing of arms. no more wearing like a chirstmas tree.

batches of guys (ssc 4, 5, 6, 7) i have seen shaking xo's hand itself and receiving the plagues since june 14 06. that date i posted in itself. so call today itself is the plague presentation ceremony for everyone who is goin to ord this coming friday itself. and of cos, i finally one of the recipient itself while others have to sit and watch and of cos, so call wait for their freedom day to come itself.

one year and three months in this unit itself leaves me full of memories. it was a good experience or so call journey itself where i know frens, knowledge (chao keng), skills (sia keng). nevertheless so call being scolded (csm), punished (csm), compliment (never) or praise (never) itself.

lol. final note: i jus hope no one in tds itself will run to jurong point while on duty and so call "rambo" cos i go there freq. anyway it was an honourable and pleasure experience itself working with de platoon.

formed on monday, 4th january 1997 at css (commonwealth secondary school), it is the most notorious, well known and heard class css has ever seen. 5 years in css has seen tons of relief teachers in and out, classmates come and go, stunts played and through.

the gathering happened several hours ago was a bbq at pasir ris park (fyi everyone stayed in west and north area.)

what else can be more fulfilling then having a gathering of long time frens. knowing each other for 10 years and 8 months and 20+ days!! and counting!! everyone has change for the better (obviously). mates starting to have their own family, kids and career.

andrea, sharifah, farik, xiangpeng, roy, robin, zhenyue, shawn, kengkok, wanting, reena, derrick, shengfa, nicolas (organising), daniel (organising), jack, simon, ivan, mrs catherine yeo (history teacher for sec 1 and 2), andrea's parents (css parent teacher network) and me attended. (list not included partners). ard 20 others din make it though!! lol who can list out the whole class?

ok. about my bday party i attended. when we were goin back home, everyone took some rubbish to throw. so i took the bag with durian shells on my left hand. when the lift came, everyone rush in. when my turn to get in the lift door close. without thinking, i raise both my hands to stop the door.

one of my frens bday. gathered at his house for steamboat. tons of glorious food, cake, durian and one special game - pictionary - my spelling sucks but thats not the point.

it is a boardgame up to 4 teams. which model after "win lose or draw" gameshow vice versa whatever. which after every dice move. you are require to draw a card which got 5 categories(seperate by color - red is free for all, yellow humanthings, blue is actions etc etc.). if ur square u reach is say red, you have to draw out the word/s. only ur team(unlimit ppl) can guess unless is red category.

is a nice and interesting game. there is a similar online version of it. the isketch. try it out!!

last night was an all guys, one night in geylang with apple cao and viagra luah. it was superb. been months since i last went ...woohhoooo...shiok man..

i accidentally did something i should say really sinister but is freaking comical....if ur been to geylang there is this one old lady asking for money. my fren says in hokkien no spare change to give..immedately i drop one twenty cent coin on the table as i am trying to turn my hands away and hide the coins. !#$%^&*(. evil me and my cruel frens..i guess the old lady curse and swear us!!


anyway earlier. I met one of the land bankers about land banking investment. he tells about a couple of ways u can invest in real estates. is a new concept for me. as instead of investing a ready built land i.e buy houses, condos etc. you are buying a plot of high prospect land beside developing town or growing cities. after some urban planning in by the expertise team. Is a matter of time say 4 - 6 years, developers see potential in that land and buy over at high price. it is a capital guaranteed investment with a returns of 9 -14 compound interested rate returns per year!! it could double to even triple ur investment amount!

usual dinner getaway for 3 for us. but this time we went to bukit batok to try out the wu xiang fritters. it turn out to be as good as the boonlay wuxiang. after which is my very first time eating durian under the void deck. total "uncle" coolness!!

after my ns liability, i will be embarking on my career. a financial adviser at manulife which deals with investment (insurance, unit trust, different type of loans). i thought is similar work as a banker but instead of drawing a fixed pay, i have no bounds in my earnings. i become my own boss. hope i can reach to my freak dreams!!

owns a kelong, east coast penthouse, bmw 3 coupe, yacht!!! amazing freak right?
